Student Ambassador Program
The Student Ambassador Program is your opportunity to receive a free student membership and play a more active roll in the Art Directors Club of New Jersey. Student ambassadors are volunteers who help the Education Council organize and promote our Speaker Series. The following is a list of what you would be responsible for and what you can get out of it.
Duties:
1. Student ambassador will serve as a liaison to the Education Council for their respective schools.
2. When an event is not being held at the student ambassador’s school, ambassador will only be responsible for distributing promotional materials to other students.
3. When an event is being held at the student ambassador’s school, ambassador will be responsible for the following:
- Arranging and confirming venue for selected date and time
- Obtaining all institutional forms/security agreements, and passing them to the Education Council in a timely manner
- Handing in all institutional forms/security agreements to the proper authorities
- Speaking to professors to help increase participation to events
- Distribution of all promotional materials on campus .
