• You would produce apps using WoodWing, with some opportunities to design but your primary job is to create and process InDesign layouts, manage assets using WoodWing software, and efficiently process our apps. We would train you in all aspects of app development using WoodWing, which does not require coding experience but does require familiarity with HTML and JavaScript.
• You need to know InDesign CS5, including how to use style sheets and other features to work as efficiently as possible. You must also have a basic knowledge of Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Photoshop. If you know After Effects and/or Final Cut, that's a plus.
• You will need to find your way around XCode to set up provisioning profiles and certificates. If that sentence intimidates you, please do not apply. :-)
• You must be a problem-solver. Whether it's building apps or returning phone calls, we need to identify potential bottlenecks before they become significant.
• You must be detail-oriented, ridiculously precise and well-organized. You would be handling multiple projects that are constantly changing, and that shouldn't fluster you.
• You would work in our studios Monday through Friday. We start at 9 and ideally leave by dinnertime, but not always.
• One of our clients requires PowerPoint production, and that would be part of your job.
• When not building apps, you would help run the studio: answering phones, maintaining project management logs in Bento, shipping packages, ordering supplies, maintaining website and e-mail lists, coordinating move to new office, and assisting other staff with whatever comes up.

to fill a part-time (paid) graphic/ web design internship. The right candidate will
possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. This person will be
detail oriented and have computer skills utilizing HTML, CSS, Photoshop,
Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator. They will be expected to fulfill the duties of
Production Artist for both web and print.
Print prod uction will involve resizing ads, copy and text changes, photo research,
and being involved in the creative process of new projects.
Web production will involve creating HTML pages from template files, making
changes through layout and CSS, and light programming duties.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn production skills for both web and print.
You will be involved, get to see and do everything first hand, and will gain hands on
experience.
We will train the most suited person to utilize agency software.
Position is open immediately and will remain open until further notice. The Student
will be expected to work 16 to 24 hours per week. Schedule is somewhat flexible.
