Pershing, a financial services firm located in Jersey City has an immediate openings for a Temporary Forms Designer. Position is located in Jersey City, NJ. Corporate environment. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with possible OT.

Seeking designer with strong attention to detail, highly skilled in InDesign, ability to work quickly and accurately on updating Forms for customer conversion. There is little actual 'design' to this position. It's more what most would describe as 'production.' Responsibilities will include making updates to existing forms; re-branding forms; adjusting margins on forms, and fixing formatting; adding bar codes; and following existing styles.

There's a high volume of forms, and very tight deadlines. We're looking for an individual who is accurate and quick in making edits/updates in InDesign. Working knowledge of Word is helpful.

3 years of production experience required, preferably in a corporate environment. Experience working with external designers, internal designers, printers and other vendors. Thorough knowledge of print production, and an understanding of online production.
